SECTION 01
Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of all services provided by milvin, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, promotional offers, and all associated platform features accessible via milvin.asia ("the Platform").
By accessing the Platform, creating a milvin account, or placing any bet or wager, you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.
milvin operates under an international gaming license. These Terms are supplemented by milvin's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and Game-Specific Rules, all of which form part of the overall legal agreement between you and milvin. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplemental document, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Notice to Pakistani Players: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of milvin is lawful in your jurisdiction. milvin provides its services on an international basis under its gaming license. Players access milvin of their own volition and are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to them personally.
SECTION 02
Eligibility & Account Registration
To register and maintain an account on milvin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during which your account is active:
- You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
- You are at least
21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your milvin account remains active.
- You are registering under your own true legal identity as it appears on your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other valid government-issued identification document.
- You have not previously been excluded, self-excluded, or banned from milvin or any related platform.
- You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of milvin or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or licensing partners.
- You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation.
- You have not been declared legally incompetent or incapacitated by any court of competent jurisdiction.
Each player may register only one (1) milvin account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — constitute a breach of these Terms. milvin reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein upon discovery of duplicate registrations.
Important: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration — including falsifying your date of birth, name, or identity documents — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities where required by milvin's licensing obligations.
SECTION 03
Account Verification (KYC)
milvin operates a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in compliance with its international gaming license obligations and applicable Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") regulations. KYC verification may be requested at any point during the lifecycle of your milvin account, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any time milvin deems verification necessary.
Documents that milvin may request as part of the KYC process include, but are not limited to:
- Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your valid CNIC (both sides), passport, or other government-issued photo identification document.
- Proof of Age: Any of the above identity documents that confirm your date of birth as being 21 years or older.
- Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or other payment account used for deposits, confirming it is registered in your name.
- Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the last three months showing your name and residential address in Pakistan.
- Source of Funds: In cases involving high-value transactions, milvin may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited into your milvin account.
Withdrawals will not be processed until satisfactory KYC verification has been completed. milvin will make reasonable efforts to process submitted KYC documents within three (3) business days. Submission of fraudulent documents constitutes a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
SECTION 04
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your milvin account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. milvin will never ask for your password or OTP through any channel, including live chat, SMS, or phone call.
- You must not share your milvin account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
- You must notify milvin's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your milvin account.
- All transactions conducted on your account using your credentials — whether authorised by you or not — are your responsibility until such time as you report the unauthorized access to milvin in writing.
- milvin is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
- milvin reserves the right to suspend your account immediately upon receipt of a security concern notice and pending completion of a security review.
Security Recommendation: milvin strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (OTP verification) on your account and using a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service. Changing your password periodically and logging out after each session on shared devices significantly reduces your exposure to unauthorized access.
SECTION 05
Deposits & Withdrawals
milvin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of your transaction. Accepted methods currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. milvin reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.
The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on milvin:
- All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
- milvin does not charge transaction fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
- Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to milvin's AML obligations. This requirement may be waived at milvin's discretion in specific circumstances.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to a processing review period. Standard PKR wallet withdrawals via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are targeted to complete within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to four (4) business hours.
- milvin reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or ongoing security reviews.
- Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your milvin account. Contact support immediately if you believe an erroneous deposit has occurred.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: milvin is obligated under its licensing terms to monitor transactions for indicators of money laundering and to file reports with the relevant authorities where required. Any attempt to use milvin's platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to law enforcement.
SECTION 06
Bonuses & Promotions
milvin offers various bonuses, promotions, and free spins to eligible registered players from time to time. The acceptance of any bonus or promotional offer constitutes your agreement to the specific bonus terms and conditions associated with that offer, in addition to these general Terms. Specific bonus terms are published on each promotion page at the time of the offer.
The following general conditions apply to all milvin bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms:
- Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 or older only. milvin reserves the right to withhold bonus funds from unverified accounts.
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated as a recurring promotion.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.
- Game contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games contribute at a lower rate, as specified in the bonus terms.
- Bonus funds and bonus winnings are subject to maximum withdrawal limits where specified in the bonus terms.
- milvin reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by players at the time of change.
- Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using betting strategies that exploit bonus mechanics, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in permanent account suspension.
SECTION 07
Gameplay Rules & Fairness
All casino games, slot machines, table games, and live dealer games available on milvin are powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or conducted by real dealers in monitored live studio environments. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG or live dealing procedures and cannot be influenced by milvin, by players, or by any third party.
- milvin's RNG-based games are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories as required by our licensing authority.
- Each game's theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage is made available within the game's information panel or help section. Actual returns to individual players will vary due to the mathematical variance inherent in all casino games.
- In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, milvin's systems record the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Upon reconnection, you may continue from the recorded game state. milvin is not liable for losses that occur as a direct result of internet connectivity failures on the player's end.
- All sports betting odds offered on milvin are subject to change without notice prior to bet acceptance. Bets are settled at the odds confirmed at the time of bet placement.
- In the event of a game or system error that results in an incorrect display of odds, winnings, or game outcomes, milvin reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts.
- The rules of each individual game, including side bets, bonus rounds, and special features, are governed by the specific game rules provided within the game interface. These supplement but do not supersede these Terms.
SECTION 08
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on milvin and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. milvin reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to authorities — upon detection of any of the following:
- Registering or operating more than one milvin account, whether under your own identity or any other.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with milvin.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with milvin's platform or gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.
- Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or vulnerabilities in milvin's platform — whether in games, the cashier, or any other feature — for financial gain.
- Engaging in collusion with other players or with any milvin employee or contractor for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to launder money, structure transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or use milvin for any illegal financial activity.
- Accessing milvin through a VPN, proxy, or any other method designed to conceal your true geographic location or identity.
- Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate deposits without first pursuing milvin's internal dispute resolution process.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing milvin staff or other players through the support chat or any other communication channel.
- Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, software, or proprietary material from milvin's platform without express written authorization.
SECTION 09
Responsible Gaming
milvin is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming. We recognise that gambling carries an inherent risk of addiction for a minority of players, and we take our obligations to protect vulnerable players seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all milvin accounts:
- Minimum Age: milvin enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. No player under this age may open or use a milvin account. Where milvin identifies or reasonably suspects an under-age player, the account will be suspended immediately and all deposits returned to the registered payment method after identity verification.
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from within their milvin account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately and may not be increased within a mandatory review period.
- Loss Limits: Players may set maximum PKR loss thresholds for defined time periods. Once the limit is reached, further wagers are declined until the period resets.
- Session Time Controls: Players may set session duration limits and receive alerts when their pre-set playing time is reached.
- Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account restriction of between 24 hours and 30 days at any time via milvin's live chat support. The restriction is applied immediately and cannot be reversed within the nominated period.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may request self-exclusion for periods exceeding 30 days. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and the player is prohibited from opening a new milvin account during the exclusion period.

Intellectual Property
All content, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, trade names, game assets, user interface designs, and proprietary technologies displayed on milvin's Platform — including the milvin name, logo, and brand identity — are the exclusive intellectual property of milvin and its licensed game providers. All rights are reserved.
- No content from the milvin Platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, published, transmitted, or commercially exploited in any form without the prior express written consent of milvin.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to extract the source code of any milvin software or game is strictly prohibited.
- Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you submit to milvin may be used by milvin freely and without obligation to you unless a separate written agreement governs that submission.
SECTION 11
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, milvin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether milvin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- milvin does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, error, or technical fault at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect access.
- milvin is not responsible for any loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to devices arising from the use of the Platform or the downloading of any content from it.
- milvin's maximum aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their milvin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude milvin's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by its gross negligence.
The Platform and all services provided therein are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. milvin expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
SECTION 12
Privacy & Data
milvin collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
- milvin collects personal data including but not limited to your name, CNIC details, mobile number, date of birth, address, payment information, and gaming activity records.
- Personal data is processed for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, customer support, and improving the Platform.
- milvin does not sell personal data to third-party marketing organizations. Data is shared with third parties only where required for service delivery (e.g., payment processors) or legal compliance.
- You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by milvin, subject to milvin's legal retention obligations under its licensing terms.
SECTION 13
Amendments to These Terms
milvin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — milvin will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by communication to your registered email address or mobile number.
- The effective date at the top of this document will be updated each time the Terms are revised.
- Continued use of the milvin Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
- If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and request account closure through milvin's support team.
- milvin recommends reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The current version of the Terms is always the version published on this page.
SECTION 14
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from or connected with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which milvin's international gaming license is issued.
By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of milvin's licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that is not resolved through milvin's internal dispute resolution process. Nothing in this clause prevents milvin from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Where a dispute remains unresolved following the internal process, escalation options available under milvin's licensing jurisdiction may apply.
